Robb Borden

Robb has been involved in the Building Systems Integration industry for over 10 years. Robb spent his early years in sales, learning the basic skills of solution selling, and forming client relationships based on mutual respect and trust. Robb’s commitment to service, quality and follow through built relationships in those early years that continue today. Robb was a top performer for both Digitel Corporation and Key Services, Inc., Atlanta based companies in the Telecommunications Industry.

Robb joined BellSouth in 1998 and was assigned to manage a department known as Building Industry Consulting Services (BICS), a division responsible for the sales and installation of low voltage systems for deregulated BellSouth Business customers. When he joined BellSouth, this division had averaged less than 250K in sales for the previous 5 years, and throughout the following 4 years, Robb was responsible for growing this division to 11.5 million in sales (2001) and increasing the profitability to over 3.2 million. At the end of 2001 due to the size, complexity, and rapid growth, the BICS division was outsourced to Robb, and he joined Suntech Systems, Inc. as a partner and Vice President of Operations.

Robb was with Suntech for over 5 years and together with his partners, was instrumental in the growth and success of the business. When Robb began with Suntech in 2001, the company had 90 employees with annual revenues of less than $14,000,000 per year. The company was sold to WFI in 2003 and by the time the ownership transitioned in 2006, there were over 120 employees and the company enjoyed revenues of over $20,000,000 per year. Suntech was known as the premier systems integrator in the State of Georgia and throughout the Southeast.

In early 2006, with the knowledge and experience earned over his tenure with each of these companies, Robb formed Onepath Systems, LLC and was quickly joined by one of his previous partners, Chris Atwell. It is Robb and Chris’ vision that Onepath’s foundation will be comprised of the strength and reputation of its partners and personnel, and its organizational structure will be built with a goal of exceeding the expectations of its customers and clients.

Robb is an active member in his community and church, Johnson Ferry Baptist. Robb’s faith is instrumental in how he leads Onepath, and how he interacts with customers and clients. From 2002-2004, Robb was a member of the Board of Directors for Fusion Broadband, and is currently serving as the Chairman of the Budget Committee for JFBC, whose annual operating budget exceeds 16M. Robb is active in many industry groups such as BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services), NSCA (National Systems Contractors Association), BOMA (Building Owners and Managers of Atlanta), and ASIS. Robb attended Auburn University, from which he received a BS degree in Economics.
