4 Buildings, 187 Floors (May 10, 2007)

Onepath Systems of Florida is in the process of completing two of their largest voice, data, and video integration projects to date. Both located in or near Miami, FL, the New Harbour House and Icon Brickell buildings will be luxury multi use developments containing over 2235 residences.

The New Harbour House—Bal Harbour, FL
Located near the trendy South Beach Art and Deco District, The New Harbour House is home to 457 lavishly appointed residences on 16 floors. Due to to the unique complexities and challenges of retrofitting this existing structure, Onepath Systems’ Florida Division was selected to provide all of the low voltage, voice, data and video services throughout. Our Onepath Team developed and employed a myriad of innovative project management techniques and quality systems to ensure our deliverables were consistent with the excellence and elegance of this luxury landmark property.

Icon Brickell—Miami, FL
In March 2007, Onepath Systems’ Florida Division was awarded the exclusive contract to provide voice, data, video and security services in the first phase of this 1,780-unit, three tower high-rise overlooking Miami’s exquisite “Wall Street of the South”. The project entails creative project management and extensive technical expertise in the wiring of two unique and contemporary three tiered residential towers of 60 floors each, and a third of 51 floors.

Casa Bella—Tampa, FL
In late 2006, our Onepath Systems, Florida Team was contracted to provide voice, data and video services for Casa Bella, a 250-unit luxury condominium community of three and four-story buildings along West Shore Blvd. in Tampa.

Rennaisance Commons—Boyton Beach, FL
As well as providing an integrated voice, data and video fiber solution to this 29-acre mid-rise luxury condominium development in Boyton Beach, our Onepath Systems Underground Facilities Team was contracted to provide underground access facilities for Florida Power and Light.

Florida Public School Systems
Onepath’s Florida Division low-voltage Team continues to provided a host of wireless, telecom, voice and data services to Public Schools across Central Florida.
