Service Department Launched (3/18/2008)

Beginning in March, Onepath Systems will formalize its Service Department in order to better serve its ever growing list of customers.

For the past 2 years, Onepath has responded to troubles or routine maintenance through its Operations Department, and has been very effective in resolving issues. So much so, the volume of the calls has become increasingly more difficult to manage along side installation projects. The formalization of the Service Department will remove this responsibility from Operations, and allow a dedicated focus on customers that only require Service, Maintenance or Inspections.

Adam Hunter joins the Onepath team as the Service Manager responsible for the new department. Adam has a long history in Service Management, and knows what it will take to continue the policy of exceeding expectations. Initially, Adam will spend 50% of his time in the field getting to know Onepath’s existing customers, and the remainder of his time in the office coordinating and executing service repairs and inspection schedules.
